To better serve you, Dr. Ta is skilled and board certified as an Independent Medical/Chiropractic Examiner.  He is trained and also certified as in AMA Impairment Rating and Industrial Disability Examiner.  Dr. Ta is also a licensed Qualified Medical Evaluator which appointed by the State to handle workers’ compensation injury.  He obtained his fellowship with Academy of Forensic Industrial Chiropractic Consultants in 2009.  Dr. Ta has successfully treated over 10,000 personal and workers’ compensation injury cases.  He also testified in over 20 trials and been through hundreds of deposition, mediation and arbitration.  Surely with his experiences, credentials and knowledge in the medicolegal arena, Dr. Ta and his team can help injured victims to obtain medical treatment that they deserve.

Dr. James Caballero, D.C. is one of the treating associate at CK Chiropractic. Know as Dr. "Jim", Dr. Caballero has been working at CK chiropractic since 2005.  He graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic, San Jose, California in 2001.  For undergraduate education, Dr. Jim attended UCLA, Oxnard College and West Coast University.  His father is also a chiropractor and Dr. Jim received his first adjustment when he was six months old.  His philosophy is to help the patient achieve optimal health naturally through chiropractic. 

Dr. San You, Lac, OMD is from Korea and has been practicing acupuncture for over 15 years.  His specialty is in treating disc herniation and women problems.

Kim Chi Nguyen, is a fully licensed Radiology Technologist since 1994 and also the office manager.  She has extensive knowledge with billing, coding and collection procedure as well as diagnostic testing protocols. She will make sure patients receive proper diagnostic testing to determine the severity of their injury. She also advices patient and attorney on some insurance coverage issues that can affect their case going forward.
